10. Choji 

Choji belonging to the Abrurame clan  specializes in the expansion jutsu which is a secret jutsu in their clan. Being a student as asuma, we'd have good expectations from him. After the fourth great ninja war, he became a jonin and went out on several ranked missions.

9. Neji

Neji Hyuga became a jonin after the second chunin exams. Thanks to his exceptional skills and abilities, he was recommended by the kazekage gaara to become a jonin of the leaf simply because of his efforts in saving his life as well as fuu the 7 tails,jinchuriki.
